How the math works

Net revenue per deal = $799 forward fee + (exchange size × Axos rate × hold days / 365) − $50 variable cost. Per-deal payout = tier flat fee + tier rev-share % × net revenue. Tiers reset on rolling 12-month deal count. Next-tier retroactive bumps top up commission on prior in-window deals when you cross a tier. Founding Partner bumps tier by one (capped at Diamond) for 24 calendar months from enrollment.
